A Woman Who Reclaimed Her Worth: From Unwanted Child to Empowered Healer:

The rhythm of my childhood was set in the Bronx: a latchkey kid, born to unwed, young parents. I lived steeped in the lonely silence of being unwanted and unheard. Though surrounded by family and friends who offered love, the prevailing atmosphere was one of instability. My father was a distant visitor, and my mother's attention was a scarce commodity, reserved for work or male company that consistently eclipsed my own value.

The instability of my early years left a lasting imprint on my psyche, cultivating an undercurrent of low self-esteem, deep-seated fear, and chronic anxiety. I became entangled in the brutal cycle of generational trauma, defined by repeated experiences of abandonment, abuse, and betrayals. This led to carrying the heavy burdens of divorce, single parenthood, and chronic hopelessness. That insidious feeling of being unloved, unworthy, and disposable did not dissipate with age; it followed me into my adult relationships, friendships, and most painfully, manifested as a core part of my family dynamics.

It was a path paved with years of profound heartache and psychological agony, enduring well into my forties. The turning point arrived naturally, yet profoundly, during a self-healing Reiki session in 2021. I had integrated Reiki into my established spiritual practice of prayer, journaling, Yoga, and meditation as a way to process the grief of losing my beloved grandmother, whom I discovered deceased in 2019.

Ironically and intuitively, I was guided to womb healing practices as I grieved that loss; deeply feeling my own traumatic experiences and profound pain, as well as hers that she carried to what I believe was an early grave. It was during this time that the truth became evident: this endless cycle of suffering was deeply rooted in my mother’s womb story, my own early instability, and the unhealed traumas carried by my foremothers. I realized an unfinished soul-work had been passed on to me, a divine call to heal my own womb, and in doing so, to symbolically heal my grandmother and my entire lineage. This Work was extremely intense, deeply spiritual, and beyond excruciatingly painful, yet, extraordinarily empowering, rewarding, and liberating! I had to learn how to embrace it all and allow myself to feel. So, that I could truly and profoundly heal.

This was my moment of soul retrieval, womb awakening, and true empowerment, reborn as an authentic soul! Having walked through the fire, I emerge armed with the wisdom of struggle and ultimate triumph. I have reclaimed my feminine essence, energy, light, power, and voice, collecting the scattered fragments of my soul along the way. Becoming a willing vessel to support countless other women (and men) in doing the same.

From Classroom to Consciousness:

My journey toward this profound awakening began professionally when I became a New York City Teaching Fellow in 2010. My transition from Special Education Teacher to Spiritual Coach and Womb Healer was a natural, destiny-driven pivot.

In the classroom, I was deeply committed to nurturing each student’s unique potential. My methods soon expanded beyond traditional instruction, incorporating music, movement, and meditation to enhance sensory management, self-regulation, and cognitive development. Unbeknownst to me then, this holistic approach—designed to meet my students’ external needs—was simultaneously building the very foundation required for my own eventual, profound internal healing and life's work.

Moreover, the rigorous research I conducted on neuroscience, neuroplasticity, and the somatic benefits of Yoga, meditation, and music—aimed at improving my students' lives—ultimately provided the intellectual and practical framework for my own healing journey and soul Mission.

The womb healing and soul retrieval served as the ultimate master's course, validating the ancient practices I had researched.

While the journey was long and often stress-filled, today my story is no longer defined by trauma—it is a triumphant declaration: I am happy, healthy, whole, and free!

I share my journey, triumph, love, healing, and inner peace. I'm so humbled and honored to serve you!

Blessings Always on Your Journey,

Peace, Love, and Light
