Born of harsh adversity and seemingly insurmountable challenges, the Work of A Woman's Self Worth is simply to stand, speak, share, and SHINE light in a world that so desperately needs it. We aim to empower women with new, research based, and even ancient approaches that inspire us to cultivate the power that already lies within.
No stranger to low self esteem, depression, anxiety, repeated trauma, abandonment, betrayal, loneliness, divorce, single parenthood, welfare, loss, grief, and hopelessness, Molika bursts onto the world stage armed with her story, an abundance of life lessons, deep personal experiences, and ultimate triumph. However, this awakening and sense of personal power, didn't come without many, many years of struggle, inordinate stress, and challenges.
Special Education Teacher Becomes Spiritual Coach:
Eventually becoming a New York City Teaching Fellow in 2010, guided Molika into a space of using music, movement, and meditation to calm students, manage behavior, and accelerate academic progress. Soon realizing and researching the benefits to her students and her own well-being, she noticed positive changes to her mood, attitude and reduction in stress levels, creating an overall sense of well being. Perhaps the possibilities for the deeper healing she still so desperately needed were emerging. Molika began an exciting journey of exploration and researching the amazing effects on the brain and body; fascinated by neuroscience and the concept of neuroplasticity. Diving into this ocean of not just research and information, but inner peace, healing, and personal power has been extremely, extremely rewarding. Ironically, what she originally intended for her students evolved into her own healing and the unfolding of her own life's path! How amazing is that?
As a poet, educator, and spiritual coach Molika deeply understands the healing power of sound (music), meditation, dance, movement, Yoga, Reiki, writing, art, and a myriad of other influences on the brain and body. Intuitively designing highly individualized approaches, she summons strategies to drive human potential, build leadership, heal trauma, and free the human spirit.
Community Service and Collaboration:
With over 20 years of professional experience and community service, collaborations include; S.E.E.D.S. (Sisters Enlightened and Empowered for Divine Service), Youth Action Program and Homes, Youthbuild Inc., the City College of New York, the State University of New York, Verizon, CLAP 4 City Kids (with the late Cynthia Kirkpatrick of The Sister Power Organization), Bedford Hills Correctional Facility for Women, Abyssinian Development Corporation, OASAS (Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services), the New York City Department of Education, Districts 75 and 79, and more.
On this purpose driven path, our mission is to empower women and girls with the knowledge and tools to actualize their self worth from within. Our vision is an awakened soul tribe committed to empowering themselves and the communities they serve.
Peace, Love, and Light

Empowering women from within to take control of every aspect of their lives is more crucial to the healing of our world than ever. Know your self worth.
